Frequent questions
- How long does the glow actually last?
- Eight to ten hours from a full charge. It is brightest in the first hour, then holds a soft, steady glow through the night before fading out.
- Do I need a blacklight?
- No. Any household lamp or daylight charges the phosphor. A blacklight makes it noticeably brighter, but it is optional.
- Will the glow wear out?
- The phosphor does not deplete from being charged. Keep the print out of direct sunlight and it will keep glowing for decades.
- Can I order a custom size?
- Yes — anything up to 48 × 72 inches. Email the studio with the piece and dimensions and we'll quote the run.
Shipping & returns
- Shipping
- Prints ship rolled in a rigid, insured tube within 2–3 business days of ordering. Domestic delivery is 3–6 business days; international is 7–14. Mural sizes ship in a reinforced double tube.
- Returns
- Unframed prints can be returned within 30 days in the original tube for a full refund. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced immediately — just send a photo.
